EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges for products or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. The conditions for receiving a garment exchange are listed below:
* The garment has a manufacturing defect (15 calendar days for claims)
* You received a wrong product.
* The garment was not the correct size (as long as it has not been used).
Requirements for exchanges:
* The garment must not have been used for purposes other than trying on for size.
* The garment must not have been washed, wet, or mistreated by the customer in any way.
* No more than one month has passed since the garment was purchased.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a WhatsApp message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and proceed with the garment exchange process.
If approved, the garment will be exchanged for the requested one.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it to: Calle 41 por 88 y 88A #493 C, Inalámbrica, 97069 Mérida, Yuc.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and we will cover the return shipping to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
